Our Sewing Classes
Take a group class with Liz Nicole, designer and creator of Caro Uccellino. As someone passionate about sustainability Liz believes everyone should know sewing basics in order to mend, tailor, or up-cycle clothing for themselves. In these classes you will learn skills to last a lifetime and leave with the confidence to use them.

Introduction to machine sewing while creating simple projects. Basic stitches, straight seams, and machine trouble shooting. We will build your confidence behind the machine and give you the skills to sew on your own.

Keep practicing with a second beginner class to work on additional skills. Learn additional skills while completing a project and introduce yourself to commercial patterns. Students will need to bring their own fabric.

A Caro Uccellino one of a kind class, specializing in the upcycling of old clothing or textiles using your knowledge of sewing to experiment and create your own one of a kind design with assistance of Liz Nicole. Students must be comfortable on a sewing machine and bring their own items to upcycle.
